Bios can be boring. Here is our take on SAYA founder's bio.
I was born in Lithuania during the early formative years of the country's independence from the Soviet Union. These were times of rapid change - the re-establishment of the freedom of speech and the transformation of the post-communism order into a free-market system. No more queuing for two hours to buy bananas or being forced to join the party to qualify for a job promotion. These influences caused me to question what is possible and what is real and explore the powers of collective consciousness. The veil was lifted. Whether light or dark, various events shaped me and my work into what it is today - an exploration of what can't be seen only with eyes. After almost a decade spent in the business world, I could no longer contain the visions and voices inside of me. A few profound life experiences brought me to the "red pill" moment - to wake up or to remain asleep, that was the question. Fast forward, I am typing this text and sketching new stories to tell through my work.

Each human offers a unique perspective through which they see and understand the world. No two perspectives are the same. To expand the consciousness that lives within us, we must open up to entertaining other points of view. Think of it as trying different pairs of glasses. You can wear it and feel how it fits, but you don't have to commit to making it your own. If there is something you like - borrow and use, get inspired, and play with it. Allow what you find here to be an empty mirror to discover more about yourself.
